The Brady CR1500 is a compact and powerful corded barcode scanner designed for industrial and professional applications. It was specifically developed for work environments where fast scanning, high precision, and reliable data capture are critical—such as in warehousing, manufacturing, healthcare, and asset tracking. Thanks to its omnidirectional scanning technology, the CR1500 captures 1D and 2D barcodes from virtually any angle without requiring the user to align the device precisely. This reduces scanning errors and significantly speeds up workflows. Even damaged or hard-to-read codes are reliably recognized, eliminating the need for time-consuming re-scans. A key feature of the device is its Dual-Field Optics technology. This enables the scanning of both high-density barcodes and codes from a greater distance using a single device. As a result, the CR1500 is exceptionally flexible and can be used in a wide variety of applications without the need for multiple scanners.



Despite its compact design, the scanner is extremely rugged. With an IP54 rating, it is protected against dust, splashing water, and even chemical cleaning agents. It can also withstand drops from heights of up to 1.8 meters, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments. The wired USB connection ensures stable, lag-free data transfer at all times. At the same time, there is no need to maintain rechargeable batteries, making the device particularly reliable for use at stationary workstations.
