The desktop label printer from Bixolon features a small viewing window in the cover, allowing your employees to quickly check whether there is enough media. If the media runs out, the cover can be opened upward. This is where Bixolon’s unique feature comes into play: every Bixolon printer has a QR code on the cover that links to a tutorial video.

But the Bixolon SLP-DX420 has even more impressive features. Its print performance is outstanding. It can print your labels at a resolution of 208 dpi and a print speed of 178 mm/s. Of course, the SLP-DX420 is also available with 300 dpi, but in that case, it can only print at 127 mm/s. This means the Bixolon SLP-DX420 prints your labels and barcodes in just a few seconds, saving you time—especially when dealing with high print volumes. Added to this is its high data processing speed for various label types. With 64 MB of RAM and 128 MB of flash memory, the SLP-DX420 can meet a wide range of business-critical barcode labeling requirements. It prints classic 1D codes just as well as 2D, Maxi, PDF417, QR, and DataMatrix codes, making it ready for any application. The maximum print width is 108 mm, and the maximum print length is 1,000 mm.
As standard, the Bixolon SLP-DX420 features USB, serial, and parallel interfaces. Optionally, the SLP-DX420 is also available with a serial interface, USB, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi.
