The Brady i7100 label printer is a high-performance industrial desktop printer designed for demanding labeling applications with very high print volumes. It was specifically developed for use in industrial, electrical engineering, data and telecommunications environments, laboratories, as well as logistics and production areas, and impresses with maximum precision, high print speed, and exceptionally broad media compatibility. Thanks to its 600 dpi print resolution, the i7100 is particularly well-suited for applications involving very small font sizes, complex barcodes, and high-precision labeling. Even labels as narrow as 4 mm are printed with razor-sharp clarity and reliability, making it an ideal solution for printed circuit board, component, and laboratory labeling. With a print speed of up to 150 mm per second and a recommended daily output of up to 7,000 labels, the printer is designed for continuous industrial use. This makes it suitable for both mass production and varying labeling tasks in daily operations.



A key feature of the i7100 is its exceptional material flexibility. It processes a wide variety of industrial materials, such as heat-shrink tubing, polyester, polyimide, vinyl, nameplates, and specialty labels. This makes it suitable for virtually all labeling requirements in technical and industrial environments. It is operated via an integrated color touchscreen display as well as through the Brady Workstation software on a PC. This allows labels to be quickly created, customized, and integrated directly into existing processes. In addition, the printer offers a wide range of interfaces for industrial integration, including USB, Ethernet, and RS232.
