The Zebra ZT610 is a rugged industrial printer from the ZT600 series. It is suitable for high print volumes, relatively large labels, and harsh environments. Thanks to its metal frame and metal media cover with an enlarged viewing window, the ZT610 is designed to be user-friendly despite its ruggedness, as media can be easily loaded or replaced through a side opening. The color touchscreen provides access to the menu for quick operation and settings management, which the manufacturer designed to be intuitive to use. The Zebra ZT610 is suitable for many applications, whether in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics. Thanks to its build quality and an integrated thermal management system—which eliminates the need for ventilation slots and cooling fans—the printer is ideally suited for trouble-free printing even under challenging environmental conditions.
The ZT610 is available in 203 dpi, 300 dpi, and 600 dpi resolutions, allowing you to choose the appropriate setting based on the barcodes, logos, and text you need to print. It features a thin-film printhead with E3™ Element Energy™ Equalizer for superior print quality. It supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing. According to the manufacturer, the maximum print width is 104 mm at a speed of approximately 356 mm per second. As standard, the ZT610 features a USB, an RS-232, and an Ethernet interface, as well as Bluetooth (version 4.0). Optionally, the printer can also be equipped with a parallel interface and Wi-Fi. For media handling, the ZT610 can also be equipped with, for example, a cutter or a rewinder that rewinds printed labels internally. The interfaces can also be retrofitted later if your operational requirements change. It is also possible to encode RFID tags with this printer; the RFID option can be retrofitted as well. Thanks to various firmware and printer language variants, along with simple support tools, the ZT610 can be easily integrated into your system.
